WORK DAYS
If you are looking for ways to get involved at Pine Valley, we would love for you to join us for one of our “Work Days”. Work days consist of maintaining camp facilities, building new features and facilities, and readying the camp for our busy summer season. We couldn’t do this without you! Some of the projects you can expect during a Work Day would be painting, prepping the pool, landscaping, general maintenance, cleaning, moving wood, cleaning cabins, hanging curtains, repairing furniture, etc.

SUMMER SERVE
Help a camper's family by transporting luggage to their child's cabin once they have gone through the registration line. Luggage volunteers should be able-bodied and prepared to sweat it out in the heat of the afternoon. Wagons are ALWAYS great to bring!! Extra volunteers will have the fun opportunity to provide a refreshing cup of lemonade to the campers and their parents waiting in the registration line. or bless Pine Valley Staff and our campers with a night of serving dinner, cleaning up, and providing a yummy dessert? Your group will be given a brief overview of how dinner is served and what our cleanup process is. Our kitchen leadership will be available to oversee..
Summer Camp 2025 dates coming in the spring.
ADOPT-A-PROJECT
Wanting to make a big impact through serving at Pine Valley? Various projects of all skill levels await you, your family, or your small group. Simply choose to adopt a project from a list of needs we have at camp, set a day/time that best suits your schedule, then show up to serve and impact the ministry at Pine Valley. Project difficulty ranges from low key to skilled work. We always need basic landscaping, brush pickup, firewood prep, picnic table & bench building, and interior/exterior cabin maintenance. For a full list of Adopt-a-Project opportunities and to schedule your workday, please call the office and speak with our Office Manager.
TUESDAY - Ladies
THURSDAY -Men
Men start at 8:00 a.m on Thursday, take a break for coffee mid-morning, then finish up around 2:30 p.m. The Maintenance Director provides a small list of projects that need to be done each week.
The Tuesday ladies work on projects in the office, starting around 9:00 a.m. until noon. The office work includes help with filing, newsletter labeling and mailing, various monthly donor letters and event mailings, and special projects as needed. We also always need volunteers who are proficient at the computer to help us with our donor system entries and summertime registration needs.
